Playing with the themes of narrative, these two stop motion videos were created from the stories that presented themselves after making blocks of wood into little characters. Through the experiences of synesthesia, these characters immediately had specific personalities and backgrounds that fitted into a narrative that i’ve created through stop motion filming. I chose to make the stop motion as a literal stimulus to resolve what the story was in a more real format as opposed to only what i saw of them from imagination.
